What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with Kenyan small and medium businesses — restaurants, law firms, clinics, schools, event companies, churches, and retail shops. Any team of 5 to 100 staff that depends on technology to run, but does not have a full-time IT department.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
On WhatsApp during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm East Africa Time) we usually reply within minutes. Clients on a support plan get a guaranteed response time in writing, including weekends and a dedicated line for emergencies. For everyone else, we reply within 24 hours.
Do you handle Kenya Data Protection Act and ODPC compliance?
Yes. We help Kenyan businesses register with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, document how they handle personal data, and fix gaps before an audit. This is part of our cybersecurity and compliance work.
Can you build websites and systems that take M-Pesa?
Yes. We build websites, apps, and booking systems that accept M-Pesa through Paybill, Till, and STK Push. We also build systems that work well on 3G and Android phones, which is how most Kenyan customers shop and book.
Where are you based and do you travel to clients?
We are based in Nairobi. Most work happens on site for Nairobi clients and remotely for clients in the rest of Kenya. For cabling, server rooms, and physical security work, we travel to the client.
